Business information

Listings contain business information that is already public — business name, business phone, address, website, public ratings and social profiles. We don't publish personal email addresses or owner contact details.

Information you give us

When you confirm or claim a listing or send a request, we store what you submit — such as your name, role, email and phone, and your answers about after-hours calls and the customers you serve — so we can publish your listing, verify ownership and respond. Owner contact details and after-hours answers are private and never shown on the site. If you ask us to, Genovation AI may contact you about its services; you can decline at any time.

Email

We may email a business at its public business address to tell the owner their company is listed or featured and invite them to confirm the details. Every such email identifies us and includes a way to opt out. When you confirm a listing we send a confirmation email to the address you give us.

Usage data

We use privacy-friendly, cookie-less analytics (Vercel Web Analytics) to count page views and understand which pages are useful. On private claim links we record when the page is opened and which steps are completed, so we know whether the owner received our message. We don't use advertising cookies or sell personal information.

Service providers

We host the site with Vercel, store data with Supabase and send email through Resend. They process data only to run the Registry.

Removal & access

Owners can request removal or correction of a listing at any time via the removal form or by emailing registry@procomfortregistry.online. You can also ask for a copy of, or deletion of, the personal information you gave us.

Changes

If we change this policy we'll update the effective date above.
